Health hazard pictogram (GHS08)
The health hazard pictogram (GHS08) is assigned to seven hazard classes in UN GHS Rev.11: respiratory sensitization; germ cell mutagenicity; carcinogenicity; reproductive toxicity; specific target organ toxicity, single exposure; specific target organ toxicity, repeated exposure; and aspiration hazard. Of the 13 class and category rows below, seven take Danger and six take Warning. They call for 13 hazard statements (H304, H305, H334 and others). OSHA's Figure C.1 lists it for carcinogen, mutagenicity, reproductive toxicity and more, and EU CLP Annex V gives it seven entries. When it is used for respiratory sensitization, the exclamation mark is not used for skin sensitization or for skin or eye irritation.
