Hosting
Customer data is hosted on AWS in the United States. AWS offers configurable hosting regions, including the EU and Canada, so customers with data residency requirements can have their data hosted in-region if needed. AWS data centers maintain SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other independent certifications.
Access
Your data is accessible only to users within your organization. Sign-in supports single sign-on with your identity provider.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Your data
We do not use your data to train AI models. You may export all of your data at any time without fees, and you may request deletion at any time.
