Flame over circle pictogram (GHS03)
The flame over circle pictogram (GHS03) is assigned to three hazard classes in UN GHS Rev.11: oxidizing gases, oxidizing liquids and oxidizing solids. Of the seven class and category rows below, five take Danger and two take Warning. They call for three hazard statements (H270, H271 and H272). OSHA's Figure C.1 lists it for oxidizers, and EU CLP Annex V gives it three entries. Under EU CLP it becomes optional when the exploding bomb applies, unless more than one of those pictograms is compulsory (Article 26(1)(a)).
