How much does SDS authoring software cost?
Valenc starts at $7,000 per year, including one region. Most legacy vendors do not publish pricing, so ask for an all-in year-one quote that includes implementation, regions, translations and updates.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing is based on the regions you select, and your entire team can use the platform.
Do you charge per SDS or per export?
No. You can author, revise and export unlimited SDSs. Data exports are available at any time at no additional cost.
What does it cost to add a region?
Pricing varies by region. Most additional regions start at $2,000 per year.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding and data import help are included, and most customers are live in weeks.

Is this cheaper than outsourcing SDS authoring?

No software ensures compliance on its own. Valenc applies the regulations consistently and shows how every classification was reached, but your team remains responsible for reviewing and approving each SDS.
