    How we calculate it

    • SDSs are calculated annually. Each new product receives one SDS per region. Every product is revised once per cycle in each region.
    • For in-house processes, staff time is calculated as: new SDSs multiplied by authoring time (with additional regions at half time), plus revisions multiplied by revision time, all at your hourly rate. Software costs are added separately.
    • For outsourced processes, provider fees are calculated as: new SDSs multiplied by the price per SDS, plus revisions multiplied by the price per revision. Your team’s review time is also included.
    • With Valenc, one authoring pass and one revision pass per product cover all selected regions. Staff time is calculated at your standard hourly rate, plus the cost of your license.

    Valenc pricing

    Valenc pricing starts at $7,000 per year for one region. Additional regions start at $2,000 per year each. The plan includes unlimited named users, no per-SDS or export fees, and onboarding. See full pricing for details.
